Today was a fairly quite day. However, it was one of those beautiful NYC days (not disguntingly hot and just the right amount wind). I love these days and wish there were more like them. My husband and I decided to walk around the city today. I decided not to bring my camera this time because 1. I didn't want to lug around with it and 2. I just wanted to take everything in without having to "document" everything. I did regret not bringing it though because we went over to the Chelsea Market and I wanted to take pics of it since I've never been.
My little girl did do the cutest thing today (besided throwing my cell phone into the garbage). I bathed her and got her ready for bed and a few minutes later I hear her saying "Peek a Boo." I looked at her and here she was moving her Glow Worms hands over her dolls eye and removing them when she said "Peek a Boo." I adore that girl!

Summer....
Eeeek, the last time I posted an entry was back in May. Gosh, I am really bad this blogging business lol. Anyway, Gabs is growing so fast and knows way too muc for her own good! There is never a dull moment with her that is for sure! She is talking up a storm (which I love). I tell my husband she is like a sponge; just soaking EVERYTHING UP!
We've been having a scorcher of a summer here in NYC, but that just allows us more fun water activities :-). We've been going to Sesame Place (one of Gabs favorites), Hurrican Harbor, neighborhood parks, beach etc. The little diva even went on a cruise to Bermuda back in June with some other family members. I get so much joy watching her have a great time. Sometimes I wish I can freeze every moment in time, every single "mommy", every single hug or cuddle just so I could look back on it one day and remember the same feeling over and over. One of my biggest fears is not being able to remember how she was when she was a baby or a toddler. I don't want any memory to escape my mind. I adore this girl and it surprises me everyday how much love I can have for this person who has only blessed me for 16 months with her presence. I just hope I make her proud of her mommy. A word that she says over and over and over. Yes, she is a total mommy's girl and I wouldn't have it any other way!
Here are some pics from our trip to Bermuda! Gab's had a great time and she experienced the beach for the first time :-)
