Happy Bornday!

To me that is! Wow, let me first start by saying I have been definitely slacking with the blog. I wish I could say that I have been so busy doing countless things but nope, just being a mom and boy does the time fly! I have to say being home with my little girl is alot of work. However, I know it was the right choice for my family!

Ok onto me lol. Well today I turn the BIG 28! I can't believe it, 2 years away from 30. I was sitting here today and just thinking about when I met my husband. I had just turned 22 and he thought I was like 18 lol. He was much older than me and thought nothing serious would come of us lol. Well, 6 years, marriage and a child and here we are.

I used to get very depressed with birthdays, but today I was happy. I didn't do anything exciting, just errands and then home with my two loves. It was just what I wanted. I had my little girl with me and my husband who wants nothing more but to make his girls happy. This girl was very happy with waking up to her laughinf angel in her crib, coffee, my favorite pastries, hand delivered flowers and a day at the spa along with a gift certificate to M.A.C Cosmetics!. To top it off, we had dinner delivered from our favorite restaraunt from around here. All in all in was a good day. No need to get all dolled up and go to the club where I would be thinking of Gabriella the whole and wondering "Does this outfit make me look fat?" Nope, none of that on this bornday, just relaxation and family.....That's all this girl really needs!


On a side note, Gabs and I received the hats that I had ordered for us. Just in time to take some mommy/daughter pics!
