It's a Wrap!

Christmas is officially over for the Jimenez-Marin clan and I of course am still slacking on this blog (I promise I will get better). We spent Christmas Eve at my mother's apartment like we do every year and even though we do not do anything out of the ordinary, this Christmas was awesome! It was my first Christmas as a momma and I can't wait for more! Yes this momma got emotional! I don't know what has happened to me, but I have become and emotional sap!

Christmas Morning.
I loved every minute of her "unwrapping" her gifts. Even though she had no clue what was going on, I did and I will cherish those memories and keep them deep in a special place in my heart. Nothing better than seeing your munchkin lost in wrapping. I am thankful my husband got to spend Christmas morning with us before he went into work because these memories you can't get back!

In the evening,  we went over to my uncle's apartment where he had the whole family over. This is the second year of him doing this and I love it. When my grandma was alive, we would go there every Saturday and it was awesome. Even with all the dsyfunctional members lol it is still good to be surrounded by family. And oh how you are loved Miss Gabby.

What are the holidays without a Blizzard? Oh yeah, the day after Christmas and the NYC was hit with the Blizzard of 2010. Poor hubby had to work but that meant just more Gabby and mommy cuddle and bonding time :-)

Even though I love the holidays, I am glad they are over. No more stressing over finding the perfect gift for someone. Now it time to look forward to ringing in the New Year. So ladies andn gentlemen, IT'S A WRAP!
